The goal was to create an elegant, user-friendly platform that highlighted their expertise, past work, and service offerings while simplifying client inquiries.

With a clean layout, strategic content placement, and seamless navigation, visitors could easily explore services, view past events, and contact them effortlessly. This solution strengthened their brand identity, making them a go-to choice for event planning and catering.

During our discussions, they emphasized the need for a website that not only showcased their services but also made client inquiries seamless. They wanted an elegant, user-friendly design that reflected their brand’s sophistication while ensuring a smooth experience for potential customers. Another key concern was differentiating themselves from competitors, many of whom had outdated websites with poor user experiences.

By gathering these insights, I was able to set clear objectives for the project—focusing on a modern, visually appealing design, easy navigation, and effective lead generation tools.

Shubhakaryam Hospitalities caters to a diverse audience, including couples planning weddings, parents organizing traditional ceremonies, and businesses hosting corporate events. Additionally, their catering services in Warangal attract families and individuals looking for premium food arrangements for special occasions.

The primary audience ranges from 25 to 65 years old, covering both tech-savvy users and those less familiar with digital platforms. Given this, the website needed to be simple, intuitive, and accessible, ensuring that all users could easily navigate through services, browse past events, and make inquiries without frustration. Special attention was given to readability, with clear fonts, high-contrast colors, and a structured layout to enhance usability for all age groups.

To create a website that stands out, I conducted a competitor analysis, reviewing local event planners and catering businesses in Hyderabad and Warangal. Most competitors relied heavily on social media, while those with websites often had outdated designs, non-responsive layouts, and generic stock images that failed to capture their unique brand identity.

This presented a clear opportunity to differentiate Shubhakaryam Hospitalities. By designing a clean, modern, and visually engaging website, I ensured they appeared more professional and credible. A responsive layout, authentic visuals, and a well-structured portfolio positioned them as a top-tier event and catering service, giving them a competitive edge in the industry.

Before diving into the design, I curated a moodboard to define the website’s visual direction. I explored high-end event and catering websites, luxury wedding themes, and elegant color palettes to ensure the design aligned with Shubhakaryam Hospitalities’ brand identity.

The moodboard helped establish a refined and cohesive aesthetic—balancing sophistication with warmth. Rich, traditional tones combined with modern minimalism created a look that felt both premium and welcoming. This guided every design decision, from typography to imagery, ensuring a visually compelling and brand-consistent website.

Sketches & Wireframes

With a clear visual direction in place, I began sketching rough layouts to map out the website’s structure and user flow. Guided by the moodboard and current design trends, these initial sketches allowed me to experiment with different arrangements before refining them into detailed wireframes.

The wireframes focused on clarity and usability, ensuring that key sections services, portfolio, and contact details were easy to navigate. Since the target audience included both tech-savvy users and those less familiar with digital platforms, I prioritized a clean, intuitive layout. This step laid a strong foundation for the final design, balancing aesthetics with seamless functionality.

Visual Identity

A strong visual identity was key to establishing credibility and making Shubhakaryam Hospitalities stand out. I carefully selected a color palette and typography that reflected their elegance while ensuring a seamless user experience.

To maintain brand consistency, I used Deep Gold and Maroon as the primary colors, aligning with Shubhakaryam Hospitalities’ existing brand identity. Deep Gold symbolizes luxury and grandeur, while Maroon adds richness and warmth, reinforcing the premium feel.

For balance, I introduced a soft pale sand (#FEF9EF) as the background, a neutral tone that blends seamlessly with the primary colors. A slightly darker shade (#FEF0D8) adds depth, while white and black ensure clear, readable text.

Typography

I selected fonts that reflected the luxury and elegance of Shubhakaryam Hospitalities while maintaining readability. Alga was the perfect choice for headings, adding a sophisticated and high-end feel. For body text, I used DM Sans, a clean and modern sans-serif font that ensured clarity and accessibility. This combination balanced style and usability, making the content visually appealing while remaining easy to read.

Platform Selection

Before development, I evaluated platforms based on Shubhakaryam Hospitalities’ needs. They required a scalable, easy-to-manage website, so I considered Framer, Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress. While Framer offered design flexibility and Wix/Squarespace were beginner-friendly, they lacked the customization and scalability needed.

After discussing options, I recommended WordPress for its full design control, SEO-friendly structure, and integration with essential features like contact forms and booking systems. Its flexibility made it the best choice for their growing business.

Development

Now that the platform was decided, I moved on to development using WordPress with Elementor. Elementor provided a flexible, drag-and-drop interface, allowing for pixel-perfect design while maintaining responsiveness across all devices.

To ensure a seamless experience, I customized a premium WordPress theme that closely matched my wireframes and design vision. This approach saved development time while allowing for extensive modifications to align with Shubhakaryam Hospitalities' brand identity. The result was a high-performing, visually polished website tailored to their needs.

Collaboration & Marketing Strategy

I collaborated with Bagit Media, a marketing agency, to refine the content strategy and optimize CTAs for higher conversions. Their team also ran digital ad campaigns for Shubhakaryam, and I designed landing pages specifically for these campaigns to improve lead generation and engagement.

Optimization

With the design implemented, I focused on optimizing performance and functionality. I ensured fast loading speeds by optimizing images, enabling caching, and minimizing unnecessary scripts.

For user experience, I fine-tuned responsiveness, making sure the website looked and functioned flawlessly on all devices. I also integrated WhatsApp for direct communication, added an easy-to-use inquiry form, and set up essential SEO features to improve visibility in local searches. These enhancements made the website both efficient and user-friendly.

Testing & Final Launch

Before going live, I conducted thorough testing to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices. This included checking responsiveness, fixing layout inconsistencies, and optimizing performance. I also tested all forms, links, and interactive elements to ensure they worked flawlessly.

Once everything was polished, I guided the client through the final review and made necessary refinements. After approval, I deployed the website, ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment.

Conclusion

The new website gave Shubhakaryam Hospitalities a strong online presence, setting them apart from competitors still relying on outdated designs and social media. They received a site that truly speaks to their customers showcasing their journey, expertise, gallery, and wide range of services.
